Good extra phrases

If you are looking at the possibility of having to wear dentures but choose All-on-Four dental implants, you will never have to experience the crippling effects of loose dentures, being unable to eat the foods you enjoy, messy adhesives, removing teeth at night, the embarrassment of dentures slipping during speech or smiling or the bad breath associated with wearing dentures.  (from Brueggen site).

These two groups of patients know they have problems because they live every day with the limitations, (inconvenience) and self-consciousness that results from their dentures or their loose teeth.

The AO4 treatment allows patients who need / must have their natural teeth extracted the ability to avoid the pain, inconvenience and embarassment typically associated with a removable denture.
Those who replace their dentures with All-on-Four dental implants will never have to remove their replacement teeth again for cleaning because their new teeth can be cleaned and maintained just like a natural set of teeth.

All on Four ™ works best for two groups of people.  (all following from the Jirik site)
-First, it is ideal for those with hopeless (unhealthy) teeth that need their teeth removed but have a
     fear of wearing dentures.
-Secondly, it is perfect for those who have given in to wearing a denture and find it intolerable.

-The beauty of this concept is that it works on virtually anyone in these two categories. There is no
concern about periodontal disease, unhealthy teeth or bone loss.
-Those who struggle with a denture will never have to take their teeth out again.

-Come see us for an initial consultation, then it is time to begin the All on Four™ treatment.

We take care of you from start to finish at Dr. Jirik’s office in Cabot in one day. Allow a morning or an afternoon, we will sedate you and complete your procedure. You will wake up and leave our office with new, beautiful, attached teeth, whether you have no teeth to begin with or unhealthy teeth that need to be removed. The second visit will complete your treatment with delivery of final, stronger, permanent teeth. Your smile will be created with attention to detail that suits your face and personality and will give you decades of beauty and the ability to eat and speak normally. So, give us a day, we’ll give you a smile for life.  (Jirik site)

The All-on-Four technique utilizes four dental implants to attach your new set of permanent replacement teeth. The implants used in this procedure are specially designed for immediate function and typically do not require bone grafting.
In most cases, patients lacking the bone volume required to support traditional implants are able to enjoy the many benefits of a permanent solution to missing teeth with this procedure.  (from Brueggen site).

AO4 treatment is a process: it is not completed overnight, or even in 1-hour!.

What is it?

1.  Invisalign uses a series of invisible, removable, and comfortable aligners that no one can tell you're
      wearing.

The AO4 procedure is the optimal solution for those who have lost or are about to lose all of their
upper and / or lower teeth.

2.  So, you can smile more during treatment as well as after.

With this procedure, you can come as close to having a new set of permanent teeth as is currently
possible.  So you can eat, speak and smile without worry.

3.  Invisalign is made with 3-D computer imaging technology and has been proven effective.
4.  More than 70% of orthodontists in the US and Canada are certified to treat with Invisalign.

AO4 has been scientifically proven to be safe and predictable, and is recognized internationally as an
(need a word here.....but not alternative).....maybe an affordable solution to traditional implant tx?
or the affordable solution when compared to traditional implant bridges, used throughout the world to
      treat patients.....

***this last line conveys the feeling that Invisalign treatment is 'mainstream" dentistry, and that it is
an accepted form of treatment.....since more than 70% of dentists are trained
***Note that Invisalign marketing never speaks of costs.
-maybe because its better to develop a need for the patients to 'want' AO4 without cost
-but maybe it is important to mention it since it IS an important point
-and you are not mentioning actual costs, but it is less compared to traditional treatment

***does the word "alternative" have a negative connotation, meaning 'out of the mainstream'
                -i.e. chiropractic as alternative medicine
***how about the use of 'comparable' solution to traditional implant bridge, or a word that is stronger
and carries the 'message' that AO4 is equal, or even better than traditional implant treatment.....
how about the word "optimal"?  Or "ideal"?  Maybe use 'ideal' in the first sentence and 'optimal' in
the last sentence since optimal may be a "stronger" word?

    Kobza AO4:

The All-on-Four procedure is the optimal solution for those who have lost or are about to lose all of their upper and/or lower teeth.  With this procedure, you can come as close to having a new set of permanent teeth as is currently possible.....you can eat, speak and smile without worry.  All-on-Four has been scientifically proven to be safe and predictable, and it is an / the affordable solution when compared to traditional implant bridges.

Why would I want it?

1.  Not only are the aligners invisible, they are removable, so you can eat and drink what you want
while in treatment. Plus, brushing and flossing are no problem.
2.  They are also comfortable, with no metal to cause mouth abrasions during treatment. And no
metal and wires usually means you spend less time in your doctor's office getting adjustments.
3.  Invisalign also allows you to view your own virtual treatment plan when you start so you can see
how your straight teeth will look when your treatment is complete.

-get teeth within  24 hours: (immediate-load / placement of provisional teeth)
-does not require bone grafts (to be successful)
-can even be used for patients with less bone volume for traditional implants / minimal bone levels

    -less cost, affordable
    -less time
    -less complications

Patients who receive / have / undergo AO4 treatment will get / receive a fixed, non-removable provisional bridge within 24 hours of the implant surgery.  will have a fixed bridge placed on their new implants within 24 hours of their placement in the mouth.
These provisional teeth look and feel much like natural teeth, and you can lead a normal life immediately after surgery.

AO4 makes bone grafting unnecessary in more than 80-90% of cases / patients, so you can avoid the additional time, expense and complications associated with these advanced, complex procedures.  (this is due to the way the implants are placed.....their position and their angulation)
AO4 is also a procedure that in 80-90% of patients does not need bone grafting to be successful.  So you can avoid the additional......
The AO4 procedure does not need bone grafting to be successful.
The procedure is less invasive than traditional full mouth implant treatment and does not need bone grafting to be successful.  That means the AO4 does not require sinus grafts or guided bone regeneration before the implants are placed.

And AO4 can be used to treat many patients, even those with minimal bone.  So that means that virtually everyone edentulous patient has enough bone for an AO4 bridge.
The AO4 procedure can be used to treat many patients, even those with minimal bone / including those who have been told they do not have enough bone to support dental implants.
The AO4 treatment is also an excellent alternative for patients who have been told they do not have enough bone to support a fixed bridge using implants.

How does it work?

1.  You wear each set of aligners for about 2 weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush,
      and floss.
The AO4 procedure is the optimal solution for those who have lost or are about to lose all of their
upper and / or lower teeth.

2.  As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move — little by little, week
by week — until they have straightened to the final position Dr. Cho has prescribed.
The AO4 procedure is the optimal solution for those who have lost or are about to lose all of their
upper and / or lower teeth.

3.  You'll visit Dr. Cho about once every 6 weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as
      planned.
The AO4 procedure is the optimal solution for those who have lost or are about to lose all of their
upper and / or lower teeth.

4.  Total treatment time averages 9-15 months and the average number of aligners worn during
treatment is between 18 and 30, but both will vary from case to case.
The AO4 procedure is the optimal solution for those who have lost or are about to lose all of their
upper and / or lower teeth.

Kobza:

The All-on-4 procedure uses 4 strategically placed implants to support a complete set of teeth.  The process is completed in three basic steps.
The AO4 procedure provides the patient with a full set of teeth supported by 4 strategically positioned implants.
The AO4 treatment concept replaces your missing teeth with a full dental bridge supported by only four implants.  from Nobel AO4 card for patients  (use the word strategic in this sentence?)

Step One: a 3-D CAT scan is used to evaluate your jaw bone and virtual computer imaging technology will be used to make a customized surgical guide to insure accurate implant position.
A 3-D CAT scan and virtual computer technology / imaging is used to to evaluate your jaw bone and make a customized surgical guide to insure precise and accurate implant placement.
A 3-D CAT scan and virtual computer technology / imaging is used to make a customized surgical guide to / that will insure precise and accurate implant placement

Step Two:  Dr. Kobza will then use the surgical guide to place the implants and permanent abutments.  Then, within a few hours, a fixed, non-removable provisional bridge will be placed on the implants.
Step Two:  The guide is used to precisely place the 4 implants (and the permanent abutments).  Then, within a few hours, a fixed, non-removable provisional bridge will be placed on the implants.....that will allow you to eat, speak and smile again.
Step Three:  After using the provisional bridge for 3-6 months, your dentist will make the final bridge.
These provisional teeth will be used for 3-6 months while your mouth adapts to the new bridge.  Then your dentist will make the final bridge.

Total treatment time ranges from 6-9 months, whether you have unhealthy teeth that need to be removed, or you are already missing your teeth and are wearing a denture.

After a 3-D CAT scan is used to evaluate your remaining jaw bone, Dr. Kobza will use virtual computer imaging technology to make a customized surgical guide that he will use precisely and accurately place the 4 implants.

After a 3-D CAT is used to evaluate the remaining jaw bone, special computer software is used to design and construct a customized surgical guide is used to accurately and precisely place the four implants.  Then within 24 hours, a fixed, non-removable 10-12 tooth bridge is placed on the implants.  This bridge is used for 3-6 months while your mouth adapts to the new fixed bridge.  And you learn / begin to.....

Not to worry, we (Dr. Kobza and his staff) are highly trained to provide this excellent / valuable service to patients, and we have provided this excellent / valuable service to many patients:  So we will take very good care of you. (Brueggen site idea.....maybe use for the "What to expect" tab)

The AO4 process involves 2 basic steps, and frequently involves 2 dentists (the surgeon and your dentist):
It might be a good idea to leave this last part in place, because even the Clear Choice / Malo Clinic (wherre the whole process is done in one office) uses two dentists.....we don't want to be seen as "doing the whole thing".  And saying it involves 2 dentists demonstrates / infers that we are not "doing the whole thing".

Step One is the placement of the implants, the premanent abutments (used to connect the teeth to the implants), and a fixed (an attached) provisional (temporary) bridge.  You will arrive in the morning and leave the office with new, firmly attached teeth that will allow you to eat, speak and smile again!!.  This provisional bridge / these provisional teeth will be used for a period of 3-6 months while your mouth (gum and bone) adapts to the implants and your new bridge.

Step Two is the construction of the final premanent bridge . This step is usually completed by your dentist.
This second step usually takes about 1-2 months to complete.

Total treatment time averages 6-9 months, whether you have unhealthy teeth that need to be removed, or you have no teeth and are wearing a denture.  More complex cases will require (slightly) longer treatment times.??

After a number of preliminary visits (to examine your jaw bone with advanced 3D CT imaging, and take appropriate facial measurements to select the shape, size and color of your future teeth), you will arrive in the morning.  Your smile will be created with attention to detail that compliments your face and personality so that you can speak, eat and smile again.....normally.
After a few preliminary visits to examine your jaw with 3D CT imaging and take appropriate facial measurements to select the shape, size and color of your future teeth, you are ready to begin the your AO4 treatment.

Everything in the above description leaves "room" for deterining who actually performs the various steps of the AO4 treatment.

Original text from Cho site:

From Squire:    advantages of the AO4 concept

    1.  uses only 4 implants

-position and support makes it successful

-chair or table with 4 legs and how stable that is because they are in the
                 proper position

    2.  you get your teeth within 24 hours  (self-explanatory)

-placing the implants is enough treatment for one day and putting in the teeth
the next morning is easier on the patient

    3.  everyone has enough bone

-many patients have been told they don’t have enough bone

-many patients may feel they may not have enough bone

-explain the difference between tooth bone and jaw bone

-also no bone grafts  (no one needs a bone graft)

-the way the implants are placed (their position, and their angulation) making bone grafting
unnecessary in more than 80-90% of the cases / of patients.

-avoid the additional time, cost and complications that are typical of these advanced,
                 complex procedures

    4.  high success rates / scientifically proven

-your “guarantee” that this procedure will be successful if it is used in the appropriate manne

-also mention guided surgery at this poin

-uses the latest computerized technology to allow for the exact placement of the implants in an
                 ideal position

-not “free-hand” placement

    5.  less cost

-compared to the traditional approach using 6-8  implants

6.  a less complex treatment procedure (simpler)

-maybe its best to avoid using the word simple in relation to AO4 because this may be
misleading to patient “any surgery is not a simple procedure”.
